IMPORTANT INFO: Please read before filling out the form below. 
-You must be over the age of 18 to get a tattoo. 
-A response may take up to 14 days. Please be patient and also keep an eye on your junk folder as responses can often end up there. 
-Filling out this form does not guarantee a booking. I will read through your ideas to decide if I will be the right artist for you. 
-You will be required to pay an $80 deposit once contacted in order to secure a booking. This is deducted from your total cost on the day of the tattoo. It is non- refundable in the event that you cancel. Deposits can be transferred to a new booking date if you need to reschedule once, but for each reschedule thereafter there is a $50 booking charge that is not deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day. 
-I encourage you to go to www.sunloftstudio.com.au and read the FAQ page so that you know all about hand poked tattoos before your booking. 
-I am happy to accommodate friend bookings. If you would like to get a tattoo with a friend, each of you needs to fill out a separate form so that I have both of your contact details. 
-You are welcome to request multiple tattoos. If this is the case, please provide all your ideas below in one form. 
-The studio minimum for a tattoo is $150- this is for tiny/simple tattoos such as love hearts or sparkles. The average cost for most tattoos ranges from $250 to $450 depending on exact size and placement chosen. 
-If there is a previous tattoo or flash drawing done by me that you like, you can use this as your reference image and I can draw up something similar for you as a custom tattoo!

A few notes on what I do and don't tattoo:
- I don't tattoo in colour. 
-I generally don't tattoo anything over 15cm in size. 
-I no longer do finger tattoos unless they are just simple dots. 
-Ankle tattoos need to be either next to, above the ankle bone, or behind the ankle (achilles). Below the ankle bone is considered a foot tattoo and these have a high chance of ink fall. 
-Please don't ask me to copy other artists work.
