Which methods of payments do you accept in your shop?
I accept PayPal, Debit and Credit cards.
 
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately I currently only ship within Australia
 
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping within Australia is $10 for most products.  I have a flat rate of AUD $15 for all international orders.
 
How soon will you send my order?
Orders will be sent within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when a package is on it's way. I will also provide tracking details if they are available. 
 
What do I do if my item does not arrive/arrives damaged?
I package all my artworks very carefully and safely so this is an unlikely situation. If it does occur please contact me via email at mia@sunloftstudio.com.au and we can work together to resolve the issue. 
 
Can I commission you to make a personalised artwork?
Of course. I am happy to work with you to bring your idea to life. Please be mindful of your ideas fitting with my style, there are just some things I can't do! If you would like to talk to me about a commission please email me. 

How can I get tattooed by you?
For the best chance of securing a booking slot for a tattoo, please keep an eye on my instagram page. I post updates regularly about when I will be opening my books for custom tattoos, and when I will be releasing pre-draw/flash designs. When books open, a form becomes available on this website that you can fill in to request a custom tattoo. 
 
Where can I find out about new artworks?
I post all my current projects on instagram including works in progress. Following @theartbymia is the best way to stay up to date. 

If I see an artwork that I like on your instagram that is not in your shop what should I do?
Please contact me. I'll be able to let you know if the item is for sale and give you more information.
